Press Release:

Prize Winner in Color of Autumn

con-lake

This summer I visited Mammoth Lakes where I practiced techniques using watercolor and then pastel.

I was inspired by many scenes in this region, and Convict Lake is one of my favorites. This lake is on the east side of the Sierras and was formed by glacial moraines.

Pastel Demonstration at the Morro Bay Art Association & Gallery

Eileen demonstrated how she does pastel painting at the Morro Bay Art Association and Gallery in September 2007. She used the same techniques as she used in the above pastel painting.
